About Us
Our History
      Paradise Cuisine was actually started in June of 2002 by Allen J. Davis, Martin C. Smith, Tammarra Scene, and Randall A. Russell, and we were based out of Santa Rosa Beach. Marty, Tammarra, and Allen worked for other caterers gaining experience and Randy has an extensive background in Management and Finance.
      Tammarra left us after the first year to pursue her career in event design in New Orleans.
      Marty is the President of our Corporation, and with his experience in the service industry and natural talent is the genius behind the design of our buffets. With his fabric, props, and food, Marty creates our fabulous buffets that stand on their own as most unique.
      Randy is the Treasurer and Marketing Officer for the Corporation. He holds a Bachelors Degree in marketing and management and has many years of experience in Management and Finance. Randy crunches the numbers and markets the business, and most importantly, balances the check book.
      Allen is the Vice President, Secretary, and Operations Officer for the Corporation. Allen conducts consultations, works on estimates and proposals, event design, human resources, insurance, payroll, office duties, and even responds to e-mails and phone calls.
      All you ask for out of life is a chance. We were given that chance by Esther Kohlko of Esther’s Incredible Edibles when she hired us to work for her. With that opportunity and Esther‘s encouragement to start our own catering company, we have followed the American dream of owning our own business.
